Today's challenge:
I know we all have our sweet tooth, so today satisfy it the right way! Replace one refined sugar with a natural one. Usually eat ice cream? Try a blended frozen banana. You will get your sweet fix while benefiting your body!

    Love this! Sugar is a trigger food for me so I strive daily to not add sugar to my low carb diet and work with the natural sugars in foods. Strawberries were on the menu today!
