How about a new strength training exercise?

Number of crunches or squats or wall squats or pushups for the week?0 -
I like the 200 crunches this week. Maybe next week we can do 200 lunges? 200 push ups? 200 jumping jacks? 200 leg lifts? 10,000 steps per day of the week? Or maybe going a whole week without soda? Or a week without sugar? These are just ideas.0
