    Down 3.2 pounds for the first week! I always tend to lose weight pretty quickly when I first start cutting calories/exercising, then it levels off. It'll be interesting to see what happens in the next few weeks.

    That's ok debikay in due time it will come off that is how I started off slow and before I knew it I had 13lbs off....

    Down 2.2lbs. I'm sure once I finish the shred the weight will fall off, but I'm still on level one so it wont be any time soon. Doubt I'll make the 10lbs on this challenge, but I did so well with LIBC I don't mind. Plus I'm having quite good inch loss with the shred and you can't have it all!!

    Total loss of 4.4 lbs!

    Very happy so far...but I've got to keep it up! My goal is to hit the 140s (50 lbs!) by Valentine's Day, but I won't lie, I would be ecstatic if I hit it before February! I normally don't lose more than 1.5-1.8 lbs per week, so I know it may not happen, but I will definitely try!

    My scale messed with me a bit my 1st week here so I'm slightly nervous to weigh. I've exercised 5 times a week and gone over my caloric goal 3 times in 2 weeks. I will weigh Thursday though....I promise!
