I am just now able to get back on MFP, my internet has been down for a few weeks, fiberoptics line couldn't carry all the service in my apt complex. what a challenge it has been and I have not done well. I am so happy to be back on MFP. Now to get back on track and do this!!! I am continuing to struggle with eating at night. I do well all day and then at night its like a gorge fest.... Any suggestions on how to stop this vicious cycle would be greatly appreciated.

hey there, i just posted a post for this week... it is ok to start late. its all about what goals you're setting for yourself and how you are progressing toward them. the only advice i have for you on binging is to stop all eating after a certain hour. just don't let yourself eat and then the binge doesn't start. easier said than done, i know... maybe have a cup of tea at night... what do you think?0

From my experiences in the past if i can get thru the first 3 days and not eat at night i get in the "habit" so to speak and today is day 3. I have saved calories so i can have a fat free yogurt as a snack about an hour or two before bed, alot of water and the tea is a great idea. Thanks for your support.0

sure, any time. getting into the habit seems to be the biggest thing. that's why i've noticed some peopel stray if they don't at least log in. even if you ate bad, getting in the habit of logging in and at least thinking about food and what you ate can be a good thing.0
