Plans for 2012

Thought I'd start another discussion in this group. What are your exercise / diet plans for 2012? Anyone have any good plans they want to share. I started this year doing Leslie Sansone's 4 Fast Mile "10 day challenge" (thankfully only 2 days left to go!) But not sure how to attack the rest of the year. Two things have become clear for me:
1) I respond well to the idea of a challenge!
2) Doing the SAME thing every day gets boring! I need a little variety!

I seem to remember Steve mentionned the possibility of a group challenge in 2012. Any further ideas on that Steve (or anyone else?) Could be exercise or food related (or other health orientated) challenges.

Any ideas anyone?
