Points/Calories Question

I was wondering how the Points you are allowed according to WW compares to the calories that MFP tells you to eat? Are they close? I do not think mine are...MFP has me at 1200 calories for a 2 lb a week lose and (I am not doing WW right now) WW would have me around 28. If you think about older Point versions, that is about a 200 calorie difference!

Honestly, I am not sure. I think they are about the same. I earn 5-7 daily activity points. I am also set for 1200 calories a day on MFP. I am allowed 29 daily points. I am almost always over with my points (but not over with factoring in the daily activity points), but always under calories on MFP (with the exercise factored in).0
