Ok, I havebeen MIA for a long time!

I am trying to decide between doing points or just using the site? I can't do both. I have a 4 month old baby and it's just too much to do both. I need some easy!

What would you do? Site or points? What do you find easier?

Starting tomorrow I am back on track! I HAVE TO BE!!

I am feeling so crappy about myself. I wear sweats all day and stay home with the baby. My hair is always in a gross pony tail. I never put on make up, do my hair or my nails. Maybe if I my baby slept for longer than 1 hour at a time I would feel better, but right now I feel like CRAP.

I am also having a hard time finding the energy for exercise as well, just being so darn tired! I am up 6-8-10 times per night with my little girl nursing her back to sleep. It's just... easier to sit around and use being tired as an excuse not to work out!!! I need to get out of this rut!

    So there's a few of us doing both right now (points and calories). I found a way to shortcut it, if you look back to Friday's check in.

    Welcome back! One step at a time. You have a lot on your plate right now, make mini goals for yourself. For tracking, pick one site and stick to it. I personally find MFP easier to track, but maybe you should consider the simply filling technique from WW, where you just eat the foods on the list, and don't count points unless the food is not on the list. Don't stress about keeping up with both sites at the moment. Exercise...start with taking your daughter out for a walk in the stroller for 10-15 minutes a day. The fresh air will do you both good, and the exercise will do you good. Soon, your daughter should be sleeping for 4-6 hours at night...and THEN maybe you can regain a bit of sanity with a few hours in a row of sleep!
