Well, today I am jumping back into the whole logging food thing. I can exercise until the cows come home but when it comes to being smart with eating food, I fail. The last couple days I have done good with miles because we have been on vacation, away from school, in the middle of crap food and bad choices. Today is reality. I have done well before so I will try hard to find that zone to keep me going. I think this morning will begin with a dogwalk. Hope everyone has a successful mile-filled week!!0

Today has been a long morning already. I havent started my miles yet today, but I will be logging tonight!0

Mondays are my busy days. I have to go to work, then to the gym, get dinner sorted, then my daughter off to her trampoline club.... I hate mondays, it seems like I am worn out before the week gets going
So today I split my exercise time... did less cardio at the gym, and went for a walk instead of watching my daughter bounce... I feel less tired than normal, so maybe I'll give that a go for a few weeks.0 -

I cant believe another week is almost done... well done to everyone keeping up with their goals.
I have a busy weekend ahead (twin sons are 18 on saturday, so very little exercise will be done, and plenty of food temptations to try to make me fall off the wagon I hope the weather is kind so at least we can walk to the pub/restaurant where there celebration meal is!0 -
I lost a lot of ground this week, thanks to the visit to the hospital on Tuesday. I will have to make up a lot of it tonight and Saturday.0

woo-hoo... I cant believe it... and I really must tell someone... I RAN!!! There was nobody in the treadmill part of the gym tonight so, for the first time at the gym, i pushed the speed on the treadmill up to 5mph and ran for a whole 30 seconds on 2 of my intervals on my program.... OK, I had to finish the rest of the interval at the normal 4.2mph, but its a start... I hope its quiet in that area again next time I visit0
