One week today that I began this diet and thanks to God I feel on the right path as I already lost 2.6 kgs (5.7 lbs).
I will keep in mind his words to Josuah through Moses mouth : "Be strong and of a good courage" (Josuah 1:6).
Zee, I absolutely agree with your today verse. I would just add : Don't forget to ask on behalf of Jesus, as He taught us.
