The hardest thing about being on a diet for me is putting the meals together. I hate eating the same thing every day and don't want to get board with this diet. Below are a few meal solutions for lunch that I have put together. Feel free to add your own.

#1 Tuna Salad Meal
*Tuna Salad (I can make 3 sandwiches out of 1 bath) = out to 123 calories per serving.
*Pepperidge Farms Light Style Soft Wheat (45 calories a slice) =2 slices 90 calories
*Fat Free Pringles (14 chips a serving) 70 calories per serving
*Sobe lifewater 0 Calories
Total Calories:

#2 Melissa's Garden Salad
*Walmart Market Side - Classic Iceberg Salad, 1 1/2 cups = 15 calories
*Oscar Mayer - Bacon - Real Bacon Bits - Ready to Serve, 7 grams (1 TBSP) = 25 calories
*Eat Smart - Broccoli & Carrots, 3 oz (85 grams) = 25 calories
*T. Marzetti's - Simply Dressed Pomegranate, 2 Tbs = 60 calories
*Sobe Lifewater - Fuji Apple Pear, 8 fl ozs = 0 calories
*Oscar Mayer - Carving Board - Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, 2 oz (56g) = 60 calories
Total Calories: 185

#3 Chicken and Veggies
*Green Giant - 100% Natural Valley Fresh Steamers W/ Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower & Cheese Sauce, 1 1/2 cup cooked = 135 calories (that is for 3 servings, the whole bag)
*Oscar Mayer - Carving Board Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast (Rls), 2 oz = 60 calories
