Meal Solutions - Breakfast

The hardest thing about being on a diet for me is putting the meals together. I hate eating the same thing every day and don't want to get board with this diet. Below are a few meal solutions for Breakfast that I have put together. Feel free to add your own.


Breakfast Solutions #1:

Boiled Eggs - 70 Calories
Nature Valley - Granola Thins Crispy Squares, Peanut Butter, 1 square -90 Calories
Sobe - Lifewater Macintosh Apple Cherry, 1 container (20 oz ea.) - 0 Calories
Total Calories: 160 Calories

  • I found those squares at Sam's Club today in the Clearance area since the box was open and 2 were missing! I grabbed some, but Little Man already spotted them so now I have to hide them. I always forget about boiled eggs also!
