Quick and Easy Clean Breakfast needed

I just started eating clean today and need a quck and easy clean breakfast. Today I had 1 cup quick oats with cinnamon and 3 hard boiled egg whites, but the quick oats tatste like cardboard :frown:

    I scramble 4/5 egg whites and mix the quick cook oats into it! Then you can flavour that in any way you want :)

    We have some ideas in the nutrition thread or even the Phase One thread.

    I eat half a cup of egg whites "fried" like an omlete then lay that in a warmed tortilla (ezekila) with a little bit of cheese (1/4 cup or less).

    I add cinnamon, stevia and a little honey to my oats. Then I throw in some slices of bananna =) Its yummy!
