What is your favourite burning cals activity to do with your kids. Mine? Wrestling. He's 3, so I let him think he is "tickle" attacking me. Picking him up above my head, rolling around... you guys know how it goes!

I also love the werestling/tickle thing with my 2 year old daughter. She absolutley loves it & its a decent work out.0
