I missed my workout yesterday....so today I am playing catch up. I did yesterday's work out just moments ago, which was Turbo 45 and 10 minute stretch. I am definitely feeling stronger with Turbo Fire and not struggling so much to keep up. Tomorrow is suppose to be my rest day but I will do my HIIT 20 tomorrow. I am NOT looking forward to that!! I feel great!!!
