is making want to gnaw on my arms...anyone have any suggestions to cure what feels like an insatiable hunger??

    Yeah, that's hard. Try to eat things higher in protein, and egg, peanut butter, cottage cheese- not the most glamorous, but the protein will help curb cravings!
