  • We are missing 10 people from the weigh in still! Remember it closes tonight.

    **we have had one person drop from the challenge because they just don't use MFP**

    So as of right now we are a team of 24 with 14 people that have weighed in and still searching for the other 10!

    Helpers: exercising when ever i can including just walking a little further taking the stairs i do think its all helped :-) plus its the first week, i always seem to loose abit on the first week.

    complications: still cant shake off the urge for chocolate, but if i have caved i worked out a little more :-)

    Although I did introduce some exercise, I didn't stick to my 1200 calories a day. Found that cutting that drastically made me binge eat at night when I got home from work.

    Plan on sticking to 1500 a day this week, adding exercise each day, and upping my intake of water. Doctor appt on Monday so I will find my "true" weight at that time and adjust my scale to that.
  • is it safe to lose large amount of weight in one week. I have been told that I should aim for 2 -3 lbs a week
