Wow, here's a 1 year difference...I always go to this Japanese restaurant for my birthday where I have chronicled about 30+ years of weight flucuation thanks to their silly birthday pictures. ;o) I gotta say, this may be my best year yet!

    What a big difference and only in 1 year. Starting Monday I'll be implementing the Oliva method. Right now I'm looking into a cheap heart rate monitor. Any ideas?
