Since we are all at different portions of the challenge, I just used the dates rather than number the weeks. I don't think it matters that we're not all on the same schedule...just that we all complete the challenge.

    I am so done today, really struggled with training, but managed to pull thru with the squats, all over till tomorrow!

    Hi just recently joined so this is my first post. Did 100 squats on Thurs. Legs a bit sore Fri so only 10. Will get it done today!
