Alcohol and sugar free January

Day 11! I never realized how much sugar is really apart of our everyday lives! The little chocolate they give you at the restaurant when they bring the check, the pastries staring at you at the coffee shop, it's horrific! It's like being in a video game, and navigating youth way out of it, you need to be strong! The less you eat sugar, the less you want it. Think of it as the White devil, it adds extra empty calories, and weight to your middle, so it's not our friend! A good substitute is Stevia or even honey if you really have to have it. In any case, I have felt more energy, and less cravings the longer I abstain.
