Hell everyone

The Daily Mail reported last week that those people who wrote their thoughts down for 15 minutes a day lost more over a 6 month period than those who didn't. Interesting - so I started a blog (http://www.fortyforty.co.uk/#/blog/4559231165). This blog was also to do with turning 40, as I couldn't find much inspiration on t'interweb. One of my friends said when I turned 40: "all you've got to look forward to is menopause then death" - oh no it's not - so I started writing my own bucket list.

What's your bucket list? What are you going to achieve this year?

I'm going to lose 36lbs. have lots of adventures, carry on writing my blog, be lovely to my new husband and by the end of the year have thighs that are LESS than the waist size of Victoria Beckham. They are currently 5 inches bigger than hers. I don't know which is more wrong - her waist being that small, or my thighs being larger....don't answer :)

I really look forward to hearing from you & we can hopefully all inspire each other to lose more, do more & be more....
