Here is a great way of doing the daily Examen with your children at prayer time. Discuss these questions:
1. For what time or event today are you most grateful (thankful/happy)?
2. For which moment are you least grateful?
3. How did you show love today?
4. What was one time your actions or behavior were negative or you withheld showing kindness?
5. Briefly give thanks for this time of reflection and sharing and for God teaching each of you to be more loving.

Nice way for children to develop their MORAL sensitivity/judgment/motivation (and best part of it, it could help many of us adults too!).0

My husband and I are fortunate enough to be able to do the Daily Examen every day where we work (at a Jesuit school). We have our children follow the same examen. REALLY good for the soul!0
