Red Flannel Run in Des Moines

Is anyone planning to participate in this? I'm still working on C25K, but I've dabbled with the idea of doing the Red Flannel Run in Des Moines on Feb 11th. I'll personally just do the 3 mile run/walk, but thought I'd check if there were any others doing this. Great way to meet other MFP'rs too!

I can't do this one but may be interested in later ones. I'm starting C25k this week...SOOOO not a runner. However...if I keep doing the same things, I'll get the same results, right? Eeekkk...
