What is the one thing that you are finding hardest to keep temptaion away from?

Chocolate. I shouldn't even have it because I'm lactose intolerant it makes me so sick afterwards but it tastes so amazing! I swear I eat it, two hours later I'm on the toilet swearing never to touch the stuff again and then afew hours later I'm sitting there thinking "God I could go for some chocolate...."0

Pizza. I figured it would be the ice cream or chocolate but really, I find myself thinking I want pizza for dinner. I guess I should pride myself on the fact I realize this before making the decision to buy it!!! I just started losing weight 1-1-12 and I have 120 lbs to lose so I have been going at this like an addict. For now, it is probably best to avoid that which will hurt my diet. Although, I have allotted a once a month reward so that I don't lose sight of the fact that we can enjoy the real stuff in moderation.0

I have trouble with caramel cake and potato chips! I also have trouble with fish and spaghetti. Any suggestions on how I can get over this?0

You can modify the fish and spaghetti...cake and chips? Idk. They have the baked chips and the veggie chips (vs. potato chips) but every time I tried the "healthy version" of those kinds of foods I couldn't lose weight. I am trying to stick with stuff that I know has nutritious value like fruits and veggies. Also, even though it doesn't work for me, my friends try pre-portioning out their stuff in baggies so that they only eat one and once it's gone, it's gone.0

Alcohol! It's my social environment. Since I've started MFP and working out, I find that I don't socialise as much because of the environment in which everyone always meets up, bars/restaurants/someone's house to drink wine. I've also just quit smoking so being sort of a recluse is the only way I can stay away from temptation!!!

Congratulations on quitting smoking! I work in a very sedentary job where I can literally go hours at a time without getting up from my chair! This is week three of my diet and I have been craving HARD! I think I may have to add a snack because most of my cravings being mostly in the middle of the afternoon when I am hungry and tired.0
