Ok so this is my day 7 on the shred due to my rest day yesterday, which did me wonders!! Worked so hard today and enjoyed a little tiny bit. Had some good music on instead of her.
I absolutely cannot do a complete set of static lunge with a bicep curl......i just wobble all over and my back leg literally crumples beneath me :-(
I strongly recommend that if you are struggling with motivation then a rest day is worth considering, i dont think going up a level early personally would help me, well 3 more days on before that happens anyway!

I'm going to be sticking with Level 3 mostly, and I'll mix it up with Level 2 every few days.
I used my new Polar FT4 Heart Rate monitor this morning when I did Day 8(it's actually my 7th day doing it, as I went to the gym yesterday morning because I had a very busy afternoon/evening) and it measures your exact calorie output based on your HR through the entire workout, height, weight, age and sex. It said I burned 250 cals on Level 3. I was hoping for more like 300-350! lol
But still loving the results! No weight loss today, stayed the same as yesterday.0 -
Hello Ladies!!
Knocked mine out this morning just didn't have time to post. Had errands to run and was on a time restraint to get to the bank. I also have been using my new HRM. I have the Polar FT7. Love it. I know my gym workouts and 30 DS are correct now.
