Ok so this is my day 7 on the shred due to my rest day yesterday, which did me wonders!! Worked so hard today and enjoyed a little tiny bit. Had some good music on instead of her.

I absolutely cannot do a complete set of static lunge with a bicep curl......i just wobble all over and my back leg literally crumples beneath me :-(

I strongly recommend that if you are struggling with motivation then a rest day is worth considering, i dont think going up a level early personally would help me, well 3 more days on before that happens anyway!

    I'm going to be sticking with Level 3 mostly, and I'll mix it up with Level 2 every few days.

    I used my new Polar FT4 Heart Rate monitor this morning when I did Day 8(it's actually my 7th day doing it, as I went to the gym yesterday morning because I had a very busy afternoon/evening) and it measures your exact calorie output based on your HR through the entire workout, height, weight, age and sex. It said I burned 250 cals on Level 3. I was hoping for more like 300-350! lol

    But still loving the results! No weight loss today, stayed the same as yesterday.

    Hello Ladies!!

    Knocked mine out this morning just didn't have time to post. Had errands to run and was on a time restraint to get to the bank. I also have been using my new HRM. I have the Polar FT7. Love it. I know my gym workouts and 30 DS are correct now. :)
