    I got into the habit of eating 5 servings of fruit & veggies a day when I started Shape Up RI last year! Today I had spinach with breakfast. During lunch I had, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, jalapenos & banana peppers! I have a big ol' grapefruit for snack later! GOAL ACHIEVED!
  • Way to go Lo!!!! I started my day today with blueberries on my oatmeal. Although we are going to my parent's for my dad's birthday party and my mom is getting pizza, she got a huge salad for me and also a big fruit salad for dessert to go with the cake. So, that will be 3 servings right there! :)

    Epic fail the first day of the challenge... probably got 3 servings in (if french fries count as a vegetable!) lol
