Help, need advice!

I need some hardcore results fast. I also need friends on here that will help keep me in check. I'm 5'5" and 193#, size 14 to a 16 pants. I want to go down 2 pant sizes in 7 weeks. I really want to tone my arms so when I wave, my bat wings don't keep waving lol. I am also trying to reduce my butt/saddlebags. I know I can't spot reduce (but boy it sure would be nice). I know diet is key along with cardio. I am doing zumba, brazil butt lift, and would like to try pilates. I really want to work on my flexibility.

I am new to this group and we just decided on a date yesterday. We both have been married before and just wanted a small beach wedding (we live in Daytona Beach). We are very relaxed on the wedding itself. We were waiting to know a "true date" when his best friend could get vacation time to come here. It was very important to him that his best friend was here. We knew the wedding would be in April and I knew it was coming up but didn't realize how close it really is!! We are getting married April 15 and reality quickly hit that I have 3 months! I already have a dress and know I need to get it altered. I'm looking to get the best results quickly. I will be working on toning more after the wedding too but just want to look the best that I can for the big day. Any advice on how to incorporate zumba, bbl, and pilates (or any other dvd's that will help) into a workout?
