Started the insanity 60 day workout today! WOW it is called insanity for a reason!!!! Shaun T kicked my butt in the fitness test on day one. OMG

    Your body will be sored specially the knees It will go away slowly after 2 weeks.

    Hi

    I am on week 4 of Insanity, and he is still kicking my butt. I am starting to keep up a little more and seeing the results! I cant wait for my full 60 days to be up and see the ending picture.
