Also, strategize your meal and eat before they get up. I use to starve all day long, or grab a handful of whatever (usually not healthy) and then overeat at night when they finally went to bed. Start early making your baby part of your exercise. I go for 40 min walks with my twins, they love it and I get a good work out.0

When you cook, double the recipe so that you can freeze half. Having pre-cooked healthy meals saves time and keeps you from wanting to buy quick unhealthy meals. Congratulations new mom!!!0
