    Before you pull:
think about bringing your chest up (this will give you lower back arch)
I keep my neck straight throughout the lift (nuetral spine)
think about pulling your shoulder blades back and down towards your butt

Your hips are coming up before the bar. (can see this more on the last set) This isn't a good thing as you will round your lower back. Drop the weight a bit and really concentrate on not moving the hips until the bar is off the ground.

Overall, pretty good though. Seen a lot worse, that's for sure!

BTW I'm no expert. Youtube self taught here but will be doing deadlift/squat form check session with one of the best strength trainers in AUstralia this weekend :)

also, you do want to drop your butt but not so much that it is a squat position. If you do that, you focus more on quads & there is no way you're quads are as strong as you're whole posterior chain (hammies, glutes, back) That is why you want to have you're weight on you're heels & pull back rather than up.
