hi

my day 9!

Well only one more day on level 1 then i will be up to level 2, think i feel ready for it

built up more of sweat today than yesterday, not sure if its because i worked harder than yesterday or because it was a bit warmer in the house. absolutely couldnt finished the cycle crunches just felt like i was going to fall through the fall my legs felt so heavy, completely exhausted today from a busy weekend, pleased i even did it.

    Yesterday was my day off. I definitely needed a rest day, I wasn't feeling very well either, had a bit of a cold. Feeling better today though. Busy day, so my Shred will be after dinner. Still losing, slowly but surely!

    Ok not the best day eating at all. BUT... I did pass up Coldstone ice cream(which I haven't had in AGES because the closest is hour away) for vanilla frozen yogurt! I was shocked myself. LOL

    Came home and did the Shred at 8pm. Had to get it done!

    Tomorrow's a new day! Wahoo!! :)

    Only two days until measurements, right?

    I did mine before work. Just didn't post about it. My day has not been good. I have not stopped eating and I still feel hungry. I did all my normal workouts today after my weekend off from the gym. Am I the only one on day 10??? I will finish this. I just need to watch my eating. Since starting my lifestyle change (diet and workouts) today was my first real set back. I'm not sad or feeling bummed out. I just like to eat. I thought I had it licked but I guess not. :( I use to drink a lot with friends and then would come home and eat. I thought that if I stopped drinking, that would fix it. I know I can beat this!!!! Tomorrow will be better.
