IT'S MONDAY!!! (week 8)

Hey M.O.M members it is Monday!!!
It has been 2 full months since starting what have you accomplished in that time? Weekly goals?
I have dropped close to 20 lbs and still going strong! I am continuing to keep on the right path to healthy greatness! My goals for this week is to try and lose 2lbs and to keep away from temptation such as my down fall chocolate and sweets! I will count every last calorie that goes into my mouth this week! There is no room or excuses for cheating!

Hello ladies hope you all had a great weekend, my goals this week are to gett back into the exercise routine, 60 minutes everyday except rest day!!!
Ever since coming back from my holidays I have looked at exercise as a chore, before I left I looked forward to and enjoyed my workouts, I am hoping to find that joy again, maybe I need a new video or game or something, might look into buying the zumba for wii, and I really want an HRM too!!!
Other than that need to get back into cooking more veggies again as well, tonight is the start, steamed broccolli is on the menu!!!
Plus as usual try to drink alot of water!!!!
I am hoping for a loss this week, any loss would be good, stayed the same this week, won't complain!!!!0 -
Hi brand new here, day two of week three of my diet. I haven't weighed since week one because I obsess too much over pounds and not enough on the lifestyle. So, as far as quantitative data: I have none. Qualitative: I have stuck to my healthy eating and exercise. I hope that I am where you guys are soon0

Dropped 2.4lbs since last week! Exercising more and drinking lots of water. Watching what I eat big time! Really getting into a routine now and loving it! Hope everyone had a great weekend!0

Haven't weighed myself this week. I'm gonna save it for Friday. It's been super crazy and it's just going to get even more crazy. Next Friday is my baby girls first birthday so we've been preparing for that. We're doing a traditional Korean birthday so I've been doing a lot of food prep and freezing them for next friday. Not to mention trying to clean my house. Did I mention I have a bit of OCD in me? Hopefully maybe I'm down to 180, under 180 would be awesome. We will see!0
