Posting Numbers - FAQs

If you have a question about posting your numbers, please feel free to ask here. Below are the most common questions I have been asked so far:
1. Is it better to post on a daily or weekly basis?
A. Whichever is easier for you.
2. What happens if I don't hit my daily/weekly goal?
A. Our goal is for a healthier lifestyle, so if you miss one day or week, just plan on making it up on others. You will notice in the tracking threads it is automatically updated to tell you how many calories per day you need to average for the rest of the year to hit your goal - if you are under for a few days, or a couple weeks, it will just raise your target to get you back on track.
3. What format should I post my numbers?
A. Whatever works best for you. If you copy your previous post, so that it has multiple days in it, I ask that you limit what you copy to at most the last week, just so the post is not as long, but if that is easier for you, I would rather have you post however you need to than to make it harder for you. The exercise should be hard for you - not the tracking.
