My day 10 and the last day of level 1!!

Well i put uber effort in today seen as it was last day of level 1, i think ive naturally reached the end of doing this level, still the off bid i cant quite master but think some of it is balance so not stressing, just do an alternative!

Hope everyone is having a good day. I ate a few sweets which i regret as im a little over, but im pleased ive logged them and can see it in perspective, now i know its not too bad i might just plan something sweet in next time rather than stress about eating it.

Keep smiling......i am going to do some comparison photos tomorrow, hope there is something to see :-)

Looks like I'm a day behind almost everyone, I haven't had a break hoping that I would catch up to the group LOL Today I finished Level 1 Day 9. Seemed much easier today and that's wonderful... Means I'm stronger and tomorrow will be my last day on level 1, I'm ready to move on!

Messed up last night and ate out- High sodium and Had a mikes hard lemonade before bed... I drink like once every 6 months or so and I didn't realize how many calories are in these buggers LOL I was still under but very dehydrated this morning. I wont be doing that again anytime soon LOL

Planning my sons 8th birthday party or Saturday... Oh no.. Cake, icecream... I will need some super will power ;)

Hope everyone is still on board... Seems like there aren't many posts anymore!! I know that DJ is on day 11 and I commend him for keeping at it!! Nice work everyone, we are getting stronger, have more endrance and feel better about ourselves!

    Hello Rachel and Stefanie,

Steph I did the same thing with my sodium yesterday. I was just so hungry. Couldn't kill the appetite. :( I did good today.

Congrats Ladies on sticking with this and don't worry about catching up. All that matters is that your doing it. We will just all be on a different time frame. :) I wasn't sure about moving to the next level yet. Do you think I have to? I will try it soon if you ladies think we should. I have gotten comfortable at doing the workout. I guess that should answer my question. I also thought about staying with this workout in the morning after 30 days. I kind of like doing it. It makes me feel good when i'm done. I have found myself doing more reps and starting the moves faster than they do on the show. Thanks Ladies for all the kind words.

    Have a great night.

DJ I think that you can stay with the level 1 and move on when you feel "comfortable" I guess it should be a little challenging. Level 2 is tougher, I can remember when I did this a long time ago, level 2 was harder for me than level 3... Weird I know! You could try level 2 for a couple days and if you feel your not burning as many calories you can go back to level 1 until you feel your ready to move on, or try level 3 since it's bit easier (to me anyway) as long as we keep going for 30 days I would assume we will see result regardless of the level we are on.

Today the sodium has been under control, but I'm still super hungry today. My husband said that I'm not getting enough protien and maybe that is why I'm getting really fatigued and tired. So I will try to amp up my protien and help refuel the muscle that I'm building.

Hope you all have a great evening... Talk to you tomorrow!!

I'm still here, I did Level 3 today while my boys were napping. According to my polar it was 273 cals for me. My eating wasn't good yesterday, did better today. Still under my cals both days but ate crap foods yesterday.

On to Day 12 tomorrow for measurements! Excited to see any change.

I'm loving it and going to finish the 30 days!

I do think it's a tad harder, but I also think its more enjoyable.
