Today's challenge:
Holding grudges and fighting with others is a major source of stress. Stress leads to excess cortisol release which inhibits weight loss. Today, work out issues you have with another person. Whether it's that annoying person at work who you have issues with or a family member, be the bigger person. Bring up said issues and talk them out in a non-accusatory way. Your energy would be better spent on something healthy rather than holding a grudge! It may be a hard first step to take, but you will come out a better person.

    I had an argument with a friend this weekend about this very issue...Don't wait years to come and talk to me just do it right away.
