I set myself several small goals so that the idea of losing 105 lbs (or more) wouldn't be so overwhelming. 1- down 10 lbs; 2- down 10% (26.5) of SW; 3- down 40 lbs; 4- weigh in 199lbs; 5- weigh in 160lbs
I exceeded goal 1 today, i'm down 11.2. Next, is my 10% (26.5). I have 15.3 lbs to go for goal 2!0 -
