Hey all!!!
So sorry I haven't been logging everyday and posting but had so much going on. I have on the otherhand actually been doing the shred!!!!
So Day 1 of Level 2 was not as bad as I found it the first time (yay my fitness is improving!) And Im still planning to attend my zumba class later too. Hope everyone is doing well and have found a bit of difference on the inch loss spreadsheet!!! X x x x

Great job, weather your hear or not posting to all us MFPers, your still getting it done. I'm looking forward to a new level.
I am on day 10 today and will get it done. I'm going to have to modify the cardio part though. I have replaced butt kicks and jump rope with grapevines with arm raises to keep my heart rate up, however this morning I could barely walk down the stairs with such bad shin splints, they are getting worse instead of better. Today I'm going to have to get creative and get rid of the jumping jacks too, it's just too much stress on already stress-out shins. I dont want stress fractures
I'm gonna finish this darn thing... I didn't come 10 days to quit... I cant wait to see the end result!

ok so my day 11 today and first day on a new level, i took the advise of some fellow mfpers and have gone onto level 3 next......its a ***** so if its easier than 2 then god help me when i get there.
It was really weird going from being able to do level 1 some comfortably to really feeling the strain again. Its odd as some stuff in level 3 is just fine and no issue and then other stuff i cannot even do the easy version that Anita doe!
About to measure myself and update the spreadsheet, here is hoping to some difference.
I am so pleased to be in this group, without you guys i honestly do not think i would have lasted this long, thanks for that :-)0 -
I do think Level 3 is harder, but I also think it is more enjoyable. I would rather do Level 3 than 2 if that says anything0

Day 12 done(well 11th day I've done the Shred since I took Sunday off.)
I think I may wait and do my measurements and weight tomorrow morning since it will technically be by 12th day tomorrow. I learned from doing this last time that you need to take breaks or your body starts to break down. I wrecked my knees so badly doing it 12 days in a row. I had to take 2 weeks off from any exercise at all. It sucked! lol
Doing good, other than it's that time of the month... I'm up 1.2lbs because of that. Hopefully it will come off this week! I am inching closer to my goal and I want to reach it SO BADLY!0 -
Good Evening My Beautiful and Strong Ladies!!!! You are all doing wonderfully. I'm going post my stats tomorrow with everyone. Don't worry about what day your on just that your staying with it. I did mine this morning as always. I like it before work. Makes me feel like I'm ready to take on the world. Especially since the last two days at work have been crazy. Have a great night and Wishing everyone major losses in inches tomorrow.0
