Ok well 11 days in and i have lost ZERO weight so far and had a tiny 1/2 inch of my waist, 1/2 inch of right thigh and 1/3 inch of left thigh. The last time i did this i didnt lose any weight then either, this is why i wanted a bit of a loss under my belt before i started as otherwise i would be really upset.

To be honest the losses are that small it could just be accuracy. I think i look a bit more toned, not doing photos tonight as to bummed with the inches lost to look at myself in a full length mirror, will perhaps do them on day 15....HALF way through!!

Hope you are all a bit happier with any progress, not going to let this get me down though, going to keep going and try harder.

Rachel, Don't worry about the inches yet. Please don't get discouraged!!!! I go days where I gain and it doesn't go down for a few days. Just be patient. :)

I'm not going to weigh or measure until day 15 or maybe even longer, I dont want to feel discouraged because whether I lose inches or lbs I know I'm getting strong and much healthier... I need to keep going and dont want to feel disappointed to soon and lose my drive.

I hope everyone is able to post something but if not I know that everyone feels stronger!! I remember the first day I did level one LOL OMG I'm so much better now!!! That's a feeling I want to stay with me for a long time!

CONGRATS TO ALL STILL ON THE SHRED!!

I think the biggest impact while doing this is eating. I have started eating VERY cleanly, only whole grains, no sugar, tons of fruits and veggies... and that's where you see the biggest impact combined with the fat burning and toning from The Shred. You can Shred all you want, but if you aren't eating cleanly, you won;t see much of a difference. Same goes with no exercising. You can eat as well as you want, but if you aren't exercising and strength training, you won;t tone up and get strong. You'll just lose weight.

This isn't just about weight loss to me. Its a lifestyle change, and I want to be lean, toned, strong and healthy.

About a month ago I gave up on eating only healthy food. I realized that I'm not always going to have just healthy choices in front of me. So I started eating whatever I wanted, just now i'm watching how much of everything I eat. Also I'm working out like a crazy man!! :) I do the shred in the morning, work a very intense job (I put that I work a slow job so it doesn't say anymore that I should be eating 3500 cals a day), Hit the gym for an hour on the treadmill, then I go home and walk my dogs right after the gym. I'm always hungry now though!!! It does suck. But no pain no gain. :)
