What's your motivation?

- Mine is losing weight for my Disney Trip and fitting into my size 8 pants again.

Where am I failing?

- I don't think i'm getting the sleep I need and when I am short on sleep i'm big on hunger!

What needs to change?

- I need to snack on veggies and things that are low cal and healthy I need to resist the urge to eat the cupcakes, the chocolate or to go back for seconds when eatting dinner!

- I need to stop thinking of food all day long! It's more like a habit then a requirement. I want to be healthy which requires eatting healthy.

What's your motivation.. and what are your pitfalls? Let's conquer them together!! Some of you are doing such a great job, i love hearing about the success keep it up!!!

    Wow my short term motovation is disney in april:) long trem lose this weight for life change.


    Wow again i dont sleep at all i take every thing and nothing helps but benidryl .then i am hunger all day.

    WOW again i need to snack on vegies also instead of all chocolate treets .

    Im only down 3 lbs you r doing sooo good proud of you .

    Today not only getting out for walk in deep snow must walk on tread mill :)

    SO OFF WE ALL GO ON A BIG ADVENTURE OF FEELING BETTER & LOOKING BETTER :)
