Hello all. I meant to post when I started but I am on day 4 now of the Entry Reboot plan. I have to say there have been some good meals and some not so good ones. I can say that so far I do not like the seaweed meal and the beet drink. I did however like the Day 2 Blackberry kiwi blend. I haven't really dropped any pounds but I do feel a little cleaner.
How about the rest of you, any of you on the entry plan?

Cant say I have heard of this plan. I saw the movie and sort of doing my own thing with it. I am having good success so far. Now as for you not liking the beets; this is what I do with them and I like it:
Juice : beets, broccoli, kiwi, blueberry, raspberry, 1/2 pineapple
pour juice in a blender with two bananas and blend.
I love this. the bananas give it a thickness like a smoothie.0
