2 good ones - Punch up your walk - 4 miles with the 1lb weighted gloves - I think I got mine at target.com
Walk & Tone - 5 Mile with the resistance bands - did that one yesterday and still feeling it today.0 -
I love the pilates tape, the miles are really fast with some newer moves and there's a short pilates work out at the end.0

I agree. Anything with boosted walking (just did the 4 Mile Super Challenge this morning...killer) or using weights.0

1 mile category:
1 Mile Advanced jog. Only walking is warm up or cool down (in set called 1-Mile Workouts)
WATP for Abs - Super Challenge. No warm up, lots, and lots of arms
2 mile category:
Walk Strong (not Express) circuit workout uses heavier dumbbells
Walk & Jog (4 boosts)
3 mile category:
Bootcamp Walk - boosted walking plus toning sections
3 Mile Weight Loss Walk - uses weights, Mary Kays mile is so good
4 mile category:
4 Really Fast Miles - lots of boosts (music gets on my nerves)
4 Mile Super Walk (uses resistance cables for 2 miles)
I've not tried 4 Mile Super Challenge yet ..... I keep hearing good things about it.0 -
I just bought Five Really Big Miles and LOVE IT!!!! Resistance bands are awesome! I AM looking for advice on the next DVD though!!! I like the power walks but have to take a breather between each mile (For about 2 minutes and its an H2O break)!!!! I imagine I will improve once I lose more weight!!
Any suggestions on next purchase?
BTW, I replaced any weighted balls with 2 pounds hand weights! Does anyone know what is the weight of the balls she uses???0 -

The weighted balls are 2 pounds also. My hand weights are only 1.5 pounds ..... my right shoulder aches from time to time if I use 2 pounds.
As far as stopping between miles ..... I would look for a DVD that is chaptered at the miles. Most "Walk at Home" DVDs are. Go to collagevideo.com and read the description of each DVD. It will say whether or not it's chaptered.
4 Really Big Miles is chaptered, it uses a band for 1 mile, has jogging in another mile. This is a fun one.
5 Day Slim Down is fun. This is Leslie solo. Each mile features a different "body area." One mile concentrates on arms, another on abs. This won't get a 6 pack or anthing ..... it just adds variety. The cool down is chaptered separately & includes the stretch. You can skip to it when you're ready.0
