Weight Loss or Gain

I weigh myself every friday and after starting P90x and starving for the last almost 3 weeks I thought I would be losing weight but after the first week loss I have either stayed the same or gained. Anybody noticing anything similar? I am sticking to a 1200 calorie diet and i am trying to eat protein heavy.

    I've been losing, not much, about 2 pounds a week. But I have measured myself and just in 17 days I've lost inches around my waist, hips, thighs, and arms. I eat 1200 calories and try not to eat them back, but I'm not starving everyday. I know everyone's different, but don't give up. measure yourself. I even took before pics and I just recently took current pics and saw a huge difference even though the scale was going down slowly. Good luck!!
