Your daily routine?

As I have been out of work for a year now (just over actually, since Dec 2010) my daily "routine" is all over the place. I stay up late, wake up late and only because have to take my dog out.....so food wise I am also all over the place eating at weird times...
What is your normal daily routine? What time do you get up, what time do you go to sleep, what times do you eat/exercise do other things?
Need some good examples

Hey, out of work routines can be mental. Last time I wasn't working I'd stay up until 4am, wake up at 11, go to the gym with a slim fast shake on the way, not eat a proper meal until about 4.30 that would usually be crap then huge dinner and a load of champagne in the eve. I was a state!
These days I am up at 8 and breakfast about half past, walk part the way to work, snack on some fruit or dates around 10-11, lunch 12-1 and another walk, home for 6 dinner 8 and bed 11pm - midnight!0 -
Work days - up at 7:30, get dressed in a panic, leave the house, get to work late, eat a yoghurt, work, work, work, eat a salad, faff on here for a bit, work, leave work, home, dinner, Eastenders, 30 day shred, bath, knitting, bed, read til midnight, sleep.
Weekends: up at 11, eat a big breakfast, watch TV, go to car boot sale, get home, read a tabloid, 30 day shred, bath, knitting/or drinking wine (cannot combine the two, its lethal), bed, read, sleep.

Weekdays: Up at 7am, grab something quick for breakfast, walk to work at 7:40am, at work at 8am where I usually eat something else. Snack on something about 10/11am. Lunch at about 12:30pm. Leave work at 4pm, walk into town and eat something like a banana (or go home first and back into town if I have a late class), go to the gym, home anytime between 7-9pm depending on what/how many classes I have at the gym. Eat dinner about 9/10pm. On a good day I am in bed at about 11pm, but I usually fall asleep on the sofa quite early then wake up at like 1am and am awake for a couple of hours! That's a habit I need to stop.
Weekends: Up at 8/9am (even if I try and have a lie in I can't, I'm always awake early, very frustrating!) to the gym for 9:30/10:30am ish depending on which classes I'm doing. At the gym until about 12:30pm, then have a wander around the shops, grab a bit of lunch. Then the rest of the day will depend entirely on if I'm going out, seeing friends or staying in. If I've been out drinking then the gym usually doesn't happen though!0 -
