Workout Songs/Playlists

Hello lovely CoTHers...
So I'm in need of a bit of motivation to get my rear end to the gym, and I figured updating my iPod would be a good step. Good jams to entice me, if you will.
What are everyone's favourite work out songs? I'd like to make a playlist or two of some good upbeat songs to keep me running along on that treadmill...
TIA

With the warning that I am about 4 years behind what is popular in music...
I pick one song I really like, and then use Genius to make the playlist for me. Some are great, some not as much! Here are some that I love from my recent playlists:
Ready for the Floor
Mr. Bright Side (The Killers)
Oxford Comma (Vampire Weekend)
The Sound of Settling (Death Cab for Cutie)
Video Killed the Radio Star (Radiohead)
Talk to Me, Dance with Me (Hot Hot Heat)
Goodnight Goodnight (HOt Hot Heat)
Myriad Harbour (The New Pornographers)
You're So Damn Hot (OK go)
Little Lion Man (Mumford and Sons)0 -
Mine really varies a lot but here are some:
Gone in 60 seconds soundtrack - love it!
Bon Jovi - any of the albums
Jet - Get Born
Do like : Micheal Buble and Florence & the machines for a slower songs

Here is some of what's on one of my playlists (keep in mind I may be a bit older than some of you!)
All the things she said (Simple Minds)
The ***** is Back (Elton John)
Cobrastyle (Teddybears)
Club at the End of the Street (Elton John)
Don't Lose my Number (Phil Collins)
It is Love (Mr. Mister)
Life is a Highway (Rascal Flats version)0 -
I like music I can dance to (in my head) it would be dangerous on the treadmill, I am not that coordinated
playlist includes:
anything by Pitbull
"I like it!" by Enrique Ingles
DaftPunk;s "homework" album. I think its the homework album, its the one with "one more time" on it.
"dirty bit" by Black Eyed Peas, actually a few of their songs.
