Who is up for a challenge???.....Day 1

I need some motivation lately and starting a challenge seems like a good way to stay accountable. I am starting a 100 day challenge, 100 squats for 100 days. It seems like something that could easily be done as mother because we can do them sparatically throughout the day. So who is with me? I will start a topic each day with the day number so we can let each other know how we did....and how our legs are feeeling lol

    yes today is day 1 and we are going to do 100 squats each day for 100 days.....d you think you have what it takes to keep it going???? I have done mine for the day I do them in sets of 10 throughout the day. Its motivation time!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!
