whoa! right before i was going to start day 2 of the shred the ups man delivered 6 week 6 pack, so i thought, "hey...i'll do then both!"
i finished day 2 strong and fizzled out on 6 wk 6 pack halfway through.
perhaps i'll go for the 12 week 6 pack ?!?
anyone else doing both of the dvds consecutively?
