Good suggestion and reminder to not get disappointed or discouraged after week one :) I have been dieting for three weeks and I can feel slight changes in my clothing and body. I am not pushing too hard because I don't want to set myself up for failure. I have been complimented by two of my friends from work but they know I am working out. I think that makes them a little more critical because they want to hwlp me stay accountable.

The friend who posted this on FB is trying to help me as well. She is a body builder here in Columbus, Ohio. Very thin, blond, tall, skinny, the "whole package" as they say. I thinks its nice she is helping with her little sayings!

That's awesome and I agree. I can already tell small things and I have a friend I work out with who says she can tell, but other than that no one else notices yet. I think it's just going to sneak up on them and then one day they will look at me and go "whoa!"
