Fitness Program in Owosso Michigan

Not sure if this means anything to anybody, but the trainer who has taught me how to eat right is starting a new program at Powerhouse Gym in Owosso Michigan. It's an 8 week program that consists of 10 1 hour group sessions. The price is $150 total which works out to $15/session. For anybody that has priced training sessions, you know this is a pretty sweet price. You do not have to be a member of the gym to take advantage of this program.
