Hey All!!!! Omg day 14 already!!! Managed it again today in quarters due to my busy little boys. But did it none the same. Had a day off yesterday as my cats decided to bring home some pets of their own so had to deflea the whole house!!! After god knows how many hours of washing vaccuming bed changing and more vaccuming I decided to give it a miss one day off wont hurt me thinks. And today I'm back on it!!!
My shoulders are killing today though maybe all the scrubbing yesterday?
Anyway good luck all that are still to go today well done for getting so far!!! x x x x

I just did Day 1 of Level 2 and I think my shoulders are going to hate me in the morning. I too had a down day yesterday, cleaning and moving around furniture.. It just got too late and with my hubby watching tv I wasn't about to let Jillian bring me to tears in front of him LOL So today was my 11th day! I will possibly remeasure after day 15...
Keep up the fantastic work... I'm off to move more furniture

I think was the first day i really dint want to do it. I was an hour late home from work which as far i was concerned meant that the time i normally do the shred in was over, however, i wasnt about to admit that i was lazy and unmotivated so i did to prove to myself that its mind over matter. I intend on have a rest day on monday....will be my birthday after all and hopefully my bf will home in the afternoon with me when im home from work, if he isnt then maybe i'll do it, but it will depend how i feel as i will rest if i feel the need. So dont worry about not doing it yesterday, as it sounds like you were busy burning cals in other ways!
my day 13, 3rd on level 3. I dont think this particular level is getting easier just yet, so still working hard.

Hi everyone!
I just got back from the gym today, really felt the need to run. I feel myself toning up a lot, but not too much fat burning. I just needed to run, I haven;t had a good, solid run in a couple weeks. So, I did 6 miles today(my longest ever! I just started running back in Sept, so this is huge for me! lol)
I think I may skip The Shred today. My whole body is exhausted. Plus I think my hubby is taking me out on a date He just returned from his 4th tour in Afghanistan 2 weeks ago0 -

I did the shred in the morning. It was my last day on Level one. I will be doing Level two tomorrow since I don't work weekends and if i'm sore I'm ok with that. I'm also been doing an hour at the gym on the treadmill mon - fri. And walking my dogs for around 20 mins. I've been getting some good burn totals with all three totals combined. Although I've been getting really tired a lot lately. I have to find time to get more that 6 hours of sleep a night. Today my boss asked me when I was going to stop pushing myself at all my workouts. I told him that this is my new routine and even when I hit my goal weight that I'm still going to be doing a vigorous workout from now on. That way I can eat what I want! I don't want to be on a diet the rest of my life. I do want to eat ice creams, chips, cookies, cakes, and drink alcohol again. Some day and not all at once or a lot of them. LOL.0
