Happy Friday Luvs!!! How are we doing? Weekends tend to be difficult for some of us. What do you have planned for this weekend? I don't have classes on the weekend so they are not difficult for me at all. But I plan to exercise longer this weekend. I usually do a 30 min. routine but I want to up it to try my Leslie Sansone 45 min Walk away the Pounds video. It's a 3 mile walk. I hope I don't pass out. Lol.

planning to use extra non-work time to work out more & do a better job planning ahead for food and workouts for next week. Will watch my recorded Biggest Loser from Tuesday while on my ski machine. Have a great weekend Red Team!0

I plan on working out a couple of hours to make my 7. I to will plan my meals for the work week. For me, planning is key for my diet.0

Hee hee, I thought this was a very early Saturday morning thread (UK). Lol. I plan to spend this morning cleaning my flat, doing the ironing while watching the Biggest Loser USA (10am on Living) and batch cooking braised cabbage and minced turkey for healthy lunches I can take to work next week!
No gym today, been 4 times this week already and my ankle and knee are saying they want a rest!
May also watch some other BLs if I'm still doing chores or there is nothing on TV at 2pm and 8pm (Living) and the Oz version is 6pm and 6:30 on Living 2 btw.
Lets try to make this a healthy weekend Red Team! Go Reds!0 -

I'm finally off for a few days this weekend. This means a lot of house cleaning and working out as much as possible! I recently got the Zumba Wii. It's been pretty fun so far. I hope to do more of that and hit the gym a couple of times. It is super cold outside. I want nothing more than to stay indoors and be lazy, but I'm afraid the weight won't come off by themselves. So I got to put in extra effort. Good luck everyone with their fitness plans. Keep up the good work!0
