Day 6 - Is it Getting Easier?

I'm starting to enjoy finding new ways to incorporate fruits and veggies into my diet and I really like the length of my food diary now. I am never really hungry, other than just out of boredom or a chocolate craving.
I made a super veggie stir fry last night and mixed it up with orzo - huge serving was only a little over 300 calories!!! I stir fried sliced zucchini, onion, carrots, mushrooms, red peppers and fresh green beans in a little olive oil (2 tbs). Cooked up half a box of orzo, 8oz., and tossed that in at the end..... oh and some garlic and salt and pepper for taste. 4 servings and I'm having half a serving with lunch today along with my fresh salad! :)
